Have fun, learn through play, and build character through soccer — that’s what you can expect when you sign your player up for the Sting Corpus Christi Recreational Program at Labonte Park.

Our coaches create safe, inclusive, and challenging soccer environments where players can enjoy the game, develop individual skills, learn the values of sportsmanship and respect, and become great teammates. Through their recreational soccer experience, many players build the foundational skills and confidence that prepare them for future opportunities in more competitive Academy and Select soccer programs.

The support of parents and volunteer coaches is critical to player success in our Recreational Program. Our volunteer coaches are valued members of the community who make a lasting impact on the lives of the athletes they mentor. They are supported with curriculum guidance, coaching resources, and access to coaching clinics provided by the Sting Corpus Christi Recreational Director.
